1. Who We Are

CAMPINTL, a Nevada S-Corporation under THE HAYMAN HYMAN TRUST operates VERDIKT. Contact: campintlinv@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: email address, API key identifier, subscription tier
Payment data: handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. We retain only Stripe customer ID and payment status
Usage data: API request counts, endpoints called, timestamps, IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention)
Support data: any information you share when contacting support

3. How We Use Data

Provision and manage your account + API keys
Process payments (Stripe)
Enforce rate limits and detect abuse
Respond to support requests
Improve the Service (aggregated, non-personalized)

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. We share data only with: (a) Stripe for payment processing, (b) email infrastructure (currently Google/Gmail SMTP), (c) if compelled by valid legal process.

5. Data Retention

Account data retained while your account is active. Upon cancellation, we retain data for 90 days for dispute/refund purposes, then delete (except billing records retained 7 years for tax compliance).

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing campintlinv@gmail.com. California, EU, and other jurisdictional rights honored as applicable.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES at rest for sensitive fields) and restrict access on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies for authentication and minimal analytics cookies (if any) to measure conversion. We do not deploy third-party advertising trackers.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this Policy. Material changes notified by email.
